- How much does Freshdesk cost?
- Growth is US$19, Pro US$55 and Enterprise US$89 per agent per month billed annually on the official pricing page in August 2026. There is no free plan; Freshworks offers a fourteen-day trial with full Enterprise features instead.
- Is Freddy AI included in Freshdesk plans?
- Partly. The first 500 Freddy sessions are included across plans, and additional sessions cost US$49 per 100. The Freddy AI Copilot for agents is a separate add-on at US$29 per agent per month billed annually.
- What is the difference between Freshdesk and Freshchat?
- Freshdesk is Freshworks' ticketing product, built around email and forms. Freshchat is its conversational messaging product, which lists WhatsApp among its channels. If messaging is your main channel, Freshchat is the closer comparison of the two.
- Can I migrate my ticket history?
- In practice, most teams do not. Ticket structure and conversation structure do not map cleanly, so the common approach is keeping Freshdesk read-only until the contract ends while new work starts in the new system.
- Does Wootdesk have SLA policies?
- It has business hours, assignment rules, labels and response-time reporting, but not the formal SLA policies with escalation chains that Freshdesk offers. If SLA enforcement is contractual for you, that is a real reason to stay.
- Which is cheaper for three agents?
- Wootdesk at roughly US$50 a month for four seats, against about US$57 for three Freshdesk Growth agents before AI. Once AI sessions and the per-agent Copilot are added, the Freshdesk total in our worked scenario reaches around US$389.
- Does Freshdesk support voice calls?
- Telephony is sold as Freshcaller, a separate Freshworks product, rather than included in the Freshdesk plan. Wootdesk includes voice through Twilio Voice and WhatsApp Calling, with calls landing in the same inbox as the messages.
